Point Loma Retreat

Issue

Most of the properties purchased by investors are meant to take a great home that is outdated or underutilized, create the best use of space while transforming the old home into something new and beautiful, giving it new life for a new family. Most of these projects are streamlined and require only 8-12 weeks to complete. This Point Loma home is one such project completed in late 2013 by Welby Construction Management.

The Work

The challenge with this home, as is common with investment properties, is to find the best use of the space within the given footprint and create the most aesthetically pleasing look that will appeal to the majority of buyers.

Welby Construction Management has many purchasing connections that allow us to buy the best quality products at a price point that is conducive to the constraints of an investment property budget. As showcased in this home, we use top quality quartz, Caesarstone, and granite slabs in the kitchens and bathrooms, top of the line appliances, and superior, lasting cabinetry and hardware that will align with any homeowner’s personal style.

Our goal while working with investors is to maximize the outcome while keeping the budget in proportion to the investors’ expectations. WCM has a strong reputation for working with investors to finish projects on-time and on-budget, creating a streamlined turn around for investors and a striking home for the new owners.
